is the founder and President
of The Pierini Company, a banking services firm. Jim
graduated from California State University, Sacramento
with a Bachelor Degree after which he began his career.
Jim has been involved in the real estate and banking
industry for over 25 years. He began his career in commercial
real estate before transitioning to the Title Industry
where he operated companies in California, Arizona and
Colorado. During his time in the title business he opened
and operated a 1031 Qualified Intermediary that serviced
clients throughout the Western Region. As a result, he is very
familiar with customer needs and internal banking operations as
it relates to the Qualified Intermediary. Jim joined Silverado
Bank as a founding director in early 1999 and continued
on as a board member when the bank was merged with Capitol
Valley Bank until May of 2002 when he left the bank
to form his own banking services company.
Jim has extensive experience in the Real Estate
Investment market including property analysis, financing,
equity funding and investor relations. He has also been actively
involved in numerous business startups, value analysis, and
acquisitions in the 1031 Exchange Industry. |

started her career in the banking industry with Crocker
Bank in 1975. Several years later, Crocker Bank merged
with Wells Fargo Bank. Jeane remained with Wells Fargo
holding various positions in both Operations and Sales.
In 1999, she was a member of the group that founded
Capitol Valley Bank. There she started in the position
of Senior Operations Specialist and later became the
Vice President of Business Development. Jeane’s
last position with Capitol Valley Bank was VP/Branch
Manager of the Roseville Main Branch. She was responsible
for growing and managing a depository base of 90 million
dollars. She joined The Pierini Company as Vice President
overseeing the Banking Division.
She is a FEA Small Business Resource Committee Member
and FEA Affiliate Committee Member.
